We found Gooding and Co on an Estate Agent comparison website. Nicky was quick to reach out to me once I'd submitted my initial enquiry and immediately booked in an appt to come see the property we were selling.

Nicky was super gracious when I had to reschedule appts last minute due to kids being sick.

We were selling a shared ownership property and Nicky was a star in managing all our viewings over the weekend as we work from home during the week.

We got 10 offers on our first day of viewings and Nicky had made sure they were all quality applicants who met the shared ownership requirements.

Unfortunately due to the shared ownership process, we did have to go to market again! However Nicky and I worked together to streamline the process and got a new buyer lined up in a weekend.

Throughout the sale we've run into problems with the housing association or solicitors; however Nicky has always remained calm, cool and in control. Reassuring me in my darkest moments.

She was excellent at liasing between myself and my buyers and I can't rate her enough.

I was a complete neurotic mess and she did an epic job putting up with me with a smile on!
