I've held of writing this review, praying, wishing, actually BEGGING them for a response but unfortunately after crying today and the lady on the phone 'huffing' at me that I had called again, I have no choice. My solicitor and I are STILL waiting for a response since the 24th April and this has been the most horrific experience of my entire life! I'm a homeowner of over 10 years, I'm not even buying a new property, I'm just extending my lease which my mortgage are providing the funds for me.
Everyone promises to call you back, everyone promises you they will help and get a manager involved and you get COMPLETELY IGNORED. I need someone to help or advise me please?! I've submit 2 complaints advised by their OWN STAFF. No one even bothered to get back to your compliant and I chased it up and apparently there is a back log of them. My mortgage offer has been extended once and they will not extend it again. I will lose my interest rate and all money spent for my valuation and lease extension quote etc. My solicitor and I have chased numerous times which costs me every time she sends an email or calls too, I have called and spent hours and hours during my work time and they just don't care. This cost me money during my own working day as I'm paid hourly.
How these people and this company sleep at night I will never ever know. They should be ashamed of what they put their paying customers through! Their own customer service staff bitch about the homeowner team on the phone to you and that is not what you want to hear as a customer, you need help and resurfacing that it will get delt with. They couldn't be more unprofessional and they sound like children answering the phone who have no clue or care in what they are doing.
This is make me SO ill and DEPRESSED and they couldn't care less.
All my solicitor needs is the approval for what she sent or some level of response to her email and they can't even reply to it!
Every response to these complaints on here are generic with no care of thought going into any message just copy and paste. We are still waiting for a reply for nearly 2 month now, please anyone that can give me advice please do.
NO ONE replies, NO one comes back to you, you can call, email, cry, BEG them for a response for 2 months, be signed off work with stress of it all, spend all your money, no one cares less, I'm sorry to say if your already with them but please please stay well clear from this most horrendous company if your are not!
I'm so ashamed I even own a property with them and I will be taking legal action for what they are putting me through.
