Be warned do not trust this company. We agreed to rent a garage and accepted their terms. We were promised a return call and copies of lease. Four days later a second applicant appears and we are asked to make an offer. The lack of professionalism and communication is beyond belief and this company should not be trading. I am a property professional with over sixty years’ experience and have never seen such incompetence. Avoid this company.

I am sorry that you feel that way Jan. I am of course engaged by the seller and have an obligation to follow their legal instructions. On this occasion, the seller was not prepared to meet your timing requirements and it was very clear that you were upset over the delay. You made a decision to withdraw rather than provide some additional time. That choice was yours to make and based upon the wider circumstances I doubt that many would be critical of it. Their fees were not only very reasonable in our opinion, but entirely justifiable. The property was beautifully marketed with excellent photographs and we were able to accept an offer within two days.

The big man treated my mother and I like crap. Accused us of lying when he was a compulsive liar himself. Tried to charge us more than he quoted to sell the flat. Constant leaks coming down in mum's flat that she owned . It was aprantley mum's fault even tho it's coming from above. Disgusting language coming from the owner. Crude and vile man. The way he spoke about his in house mortgage advisor. Pervert. Be warned nothing but trouble . ...
