I've just bought my first house, and had a very smooth and efficient buying experience using Frank Innes. I would definitely recommend them. There were a few problems along the way to do with the house, but Charlie and Luke in the Derby office were always able to smooth things out. The whole process took about three months which was pretty good. All in all, I'm very satisfied with Frank Innes
