I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had with this agency. As a long-standing client for 4 years, I expected better treatment and professionalism from them. Unfortunately, the way my situation was handled has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Despite our previous positive interactions, the handling of our recent flat changes was subpar. We encountered delays in flat availability, lack of cleanliness upon moving in, and unreasonable deductions from our deposit upon moving out. Despite always being punctual with payments and accommodating during unforeseen circumstances such as the COVID-19 period, we were met with unfair treatment.

The cleanliness issue upon moving into the second flat, the deduction for a broken refrigerator door, and the additional charges for its replacement and delivery were unjust and unacceptable. I had cleaned the property thoroughly before leaving, and the wear and tear on the refrigerator was not intentional damage.

I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and treated unfairly by this agency. As a loyal client, I expected better communication, transparency, and respect for my rights as a tenant. Moving forward, I urge you to reconsider your practices and ensure that other clients do not face similar experiences.

I hope that this feedback will prompt a review of your procedures and lead to improvements in how you handle client relationships and property management. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly.

Dear Costantino,

We are very disappointed in your feedback after so many years of working well together and having a good landlord and tenant relationship.

It was clear to us that the property was not professionally cleaned for why we had to partially charge you for a professional cleaner to come in.

You also admitted to damaging the ice box of the fridge, which we had to replace with a new fridge along with getting it delivered, fitted and the disposal of the damaged one.

You agreed to split the cost (50% Each) for both the property's cleaning and the fridge replacement which we have proof in text.

We never asked you to cover anything towards the decorating of the ceilings and walls in the living room due to burning candles which we have pictured during your tenancy.

Best of luck in your new property.

The service provided was professional at the beginning and they have helped me through every step required. The only problem was at the end with getting my deposit back. the problem was that the contract was done directly with the landlord. The agency wasn't responsible for anything that was happening (not returning my deposit) but they never mentioned that, although i have been dealing with them throughout all my letting, I was not 'doing business' with them but with the landlord. After 3 months of me leaving, i finally got my money back with some help from the agency, even though they didn't 'care' much at the beginning. I advice any future tenant to try to clear out whit whom they are indeed signing the contract and to request the confirmation of the deposit protection scheme. This way, you'll have less trouble getting the money back at the end of tenancy

Yeah, that is true, you did went with me? But when? only after I started making noise. How many email did we exchange when i asked you (for 2 months) to talk with the landlord? how many did you? from what you have now said to me, none. Efforts seen = none. Is that wrong? Even though legally, it might not be your responsibility, professionally, the agency should be the first to want thing to properly handled. Just as you were the ones asking and received my money to give the landlord, you should ...

Fees are reasonable, apart from the renewal fee, which we are not convinced is needed. However, that was negotiated to acceptable for both parts price.
