Please if you know what is best for you avoid this estate agent like the plague. I used them thinking it would alleviate all of my worries, instead they have increased them ten fold. Any good reviews must be off friends and family. They have a maintenance man submit a quote, before the work has been done they charge me £480 when the bill came to £360
