We were very impressed with Lock & Key from start to finish. Nigel's sales video was excellent and Julie showed great perseverance and enthusiasm during a large number of viewings on the house. They offered sound guidance at key times and the negotiation and liaison was conducted very professionally.

Although all efforts were made to help these tenants where we have them thanking us for all our efforts. As they were not easy tenants the husband had to be rerported to the police due to threatening behaviour. They made it extremley difficult for the owner and agent right through the procees where now unfortunately the landlord/owner is in dispute with these tenants over the deposit. ...
