Was deciding between 4 estate agents, 2 big national names, David Andrew and another local agent. David Andrew valued my flat at 25k over than both big name competitors, charged a lower fee and crucially, were able to deliver on their valuation and got me 2 offers at asking within 2 weeks, in a pretty tough market. Throughout the whole transactions, they were very supportive, all the way to a successful conclusion. Would recommend to anyone selling their property in the area!
