Incompetent. As others have said, previous agents were brilliant. Once Peter Morgan took over it's been a total nightmare. Late payments, errors, obstructive staff if you can manage to get them on the phone. Changed to a much better agent now. Avoid at all costs.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Improve their opening times. "Office hours" for an estate agent is ridiculous. Improve their telephone manner. The woman I spoke to was obviously not suited to being in a sales environment.Attached Filesnbsp;
