Harry and the team have been great to work with whilst selling our house. Harry, Jonathan and Richard are all very attentive and supportive, making sure to always communicate with us and keep us in the loop. Harry even set up a WhatsApp chat at our request, to help us be able to communicate more easily during work hours and sometimes even after working hours! He always responded very promptly and we really appreciate all the helpful advice he provided. We found it especially useful to receive an official feedback form after each viewing, to see who had viewed the house and what they had to say about it. This made for a much easier and well informed experience as a seller. We really loved Richard's style when showing viewers around, he was very friendly, engaging and informative. Jonathan was very organised and helpful with talking through each of the viewings, which helped us to feel more involved. Overall we rate Harry and his team very highly and really recommend them if you are looking to sell your home!
