We have just sold our property and the service we have received was excellent, from the first visit to value the property to our exchange of contracts. The sale has been a very complicated one, trying to tie up the sale of our house and also our daughter's property for us to buy one house. We have encountered many problems along the way, none of which could have been foreseen and when our first sale fell through at the last minute every member of the Horts team pulled out all the stops to obtain another buyer within a very short time scale.
Chris has always been available, day or night, to update us on progress, calling round to see us on several occasions giving a very personal service (and keeping us sane when it felt like everything was going wrong) and Sophia is a star when it comes to progress chasing.
We were impressed with the professionalism of every member of the sales team we met when they accompanied the viewings and every one of them gave us feedback as soon as possible after the viewings.
We cannot recommend them highly enough and would not use any other agent in the future.

Horts did not make clear from the outset that there was a strict deadline for this purchase. If we had know of this strict deadline from the start we would not have agreed to the sale. They assumed that by bombarding us with calls that we would progress quicker for them, and gambled that the sale would be completed in time.
