The only reason they have one star is because I cant give them zero. Shocking irresponsible agent. As I type my sons flat is still flooding with water from the flat above for 3 days! The emergency number LIV cant help, the concierge cant help, the fire brigade cant yet help, impossible to contact yhe landlord of course and eventually getting
through to this agency a day or so? they promised to send someone around at 4pm today 3 days later..have they? Its now 7pm. Another night of water pouring through the light fittings which is a massive danger to all the tennants in tbe block. This is one of 20 other complaints we have including never sorting out a massive list of safety issues and one done 7 months later that involved block a hole in a balcony. Small child remember. With a small child and the fear of the roof collapsing this should have been dealt with within the hour no excuses. They need investigation if they continue to neglect their vety simple safety responsibilty. My son has done everything he can and we are 300 miles away. Avoid.
