We first engaged with S&B in 2021 when selling two of our properties and dealt with Sophie. Unfortunately the forwarding sale fell through, through no fault of our own or S&B, and we decided to stay put. During this initial process Sophie got to know us, so over 2 years later we were amazed when she contacted us to say she knew what we were looking for and thought there was something we might like! I trusted Sophie, she knew our house and she knew what we wanted just through a great relationship she had built by herself, she remembered personal details two years later and that really made us feel looked after. Down to Sophie's thought process and personality, two+ years later we have both sold and purchased through S&B. Sophie is incredibly friendly, professional, understanding, reliable, trustworthy and respectful in her job role. We have always been able to contact Sophie when needed and even at the end of the sale/purchase process where Sophie has handed over a few months prior, Sophie has sent us congratulations emails and chatted to me on the phone. We both believe Sophie is the best agent and S&B are lucky to have such a fantastic, loyal and devoted employee!
