Unresponsive, thoughtless and dismissive. Richard is bone idle. The heating / hot water was broken in the rental property managed by Aldous Craig. It remained broken on and off for most of the tenancy. The only time they acted with effect was when it came to retaining part of our deposit at the end of the tenancy, for cleaning that had already been done. Although, to be fair, Richard took ages to sort that out too.

Couldn't agree more. Awful agency. I'm still owed over £1,000 almost 18 months after vacating a property.
