Have used Berisfords several times to help find tenants for our properties. They take a great deal of care to understand one's needs and undertake a lot of filtering to put forward appropriate tenants to make the job easier and quicker for us. Communication is excellent as is attention to detail and Tessa, Holly and Sam make a good team and the additional services offered such as referencing candidates, taking advance payments and providing inventory services are all well done and extremely useful. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring similar services or full rental management.
