J property management offered me full management for my house as an Airbnb taking 20% commission. The service was appalling. Problems started once guests began arriving. In particular, there was an ongoing rubbish problem that went on for many months. This was caused because the wheelie bins that were put out for collection had not been sorted and so went uncollected by the council.
I have made very many complaints about this issue alone, Another problem was that Jessica would not respond to phone calls and WhatsApp messages in a timely fashion. This was especially the case if I was making a complaint.
There was also damage caused by guests. One set of guests saw fit to remove some of the fire-door closers, remove a shower head from the bath and manage to cause other damage including staining a carpet. These were reported, but not fixed before admitting new guests to the house. Unsurprisingly they left a 2 star review.
Since then there has been other damage such as a door frame being ripped from the wall, and various missing items. I have had to fix this myself. Since then I have decided to sell the house as I do not want any further aggravation.
