Sally Fearon was highly professional, her appearance and demeanour were first class and she made herself available at minimal notice. Photographs were taken within half an hour of our advising that we had selected Country Properties over 5 other agencies. She was determined to get some blue sky shots! The advertising was very good both in terms of content and placements. She advised on a top-end rent, and we got it straight away. The first two couples to see it both wanted it and Sally guided us to the pair she thought would be most suitable to us as landlords.

Sally came to the initial viewing of our property fully informed, with documentation and valuable comparison material. She is a go-getter, knows what she is doing, does it quickly and with minimal fuss.

The back-up team seem very much on the ball, too, with the first month's rent being in our account without any delays and we get to speak to a person, not a machine - lovely. No regrets at all so far.
