Hawkins of Nuneaton was our Estate agents for some time in selling our property and due to the dire situation with the current financial climate it has been an experience in itself. We were spoilt in a way from day one, in how things were being handled by the experts at Hawkins and they have been fantastic to say the least. They have kept us informed of nearly everything including:
a) What steps to take in a pro-active manner, if the property was not getting sold in the expected time frame?
b) What the stats are saying in terms of sales/renting at what period in time and much more and also expertly advise us accordingly.
c) Their advertising not only covers a large geographical area but it is also professionally carried out in high tech, through their own staff.
d) Towards the sale of the property, again we were kept informed of all aspects, query on survey reports, liaising with potential buyer/s, both solicitors, and most importantly helping us along with it and making us understand fully and keeping us informed of the progress at regular intervals.
I could have wrote a lot more, but had to stop somewhere, and of course people might think I work for them, but seriously it gives me immense pleasure in writing this on our family's behalf and would like to thank all the staff of Hawkins at the Nuneaton branch and in particular, Ms Lisa Hall (one tenacious lady you want on your side during carrying out your dealings for you with the customer/s) and not forgetting Ms Lisa Hill.
Job well done to the whole team at Hawkins, Nuneaton and good luck for the future, god bless you all.
