The house purchase was not smooth due to various issues encountered with the conveyancer. However, Dianne was always on the other hand giving me update, answering my questions with clarity.
She kept me on the loop every step of the way, very kind, patient, and going the extra mile even behind the scene.
Eventually the house purchase was completed and all along she has been an anchor.
