Professional & first class service, Sal promptly viewed my property, discussed realistic rental prices, arranged 4 viewings inn the same week, with 2 offers.
Sal assisted with providing a contractor to change a consumer unit, who done a great job, in addition to gas and electrical certification.
The rental price agreed was higher than the high street agencies had quoted.
Initially in had been sceptical about using a non high street estate agents, however following a really positive recommendation from a reliable source I called Sal at Mujifat.
Best move I mad, his service, getting his tenant ready to move in within a matter of weeks, and ability to deal with everything had been impressive.
