Home lets were lovely until I moved out and asked for my deposit back, just received an email stating that although iv left the place in a "good and clean" condition that I'm responsible for damages that were NOT their when I left the place the day before! They are even going as far to lie about the key fob not working !!!! and as for burn marks on the Mitchum surface! That was there when I moved in!!!! I will maintain that they are crooks and theirs until I get. My deposit back!!!! I worked really had alongside moving to my new place and full time work to make sure the place was left in really good condition! I will be going to the tenancy deposit dispute agency and if I have to I will go to the press and to court! I am a professional and good natured person who's worked hard to leave the place in a brilliant condition and home lets are trying to take advantage! Do not go with home lets - I will only remove this of I get my deposit back -

We have no record whatsoever of any tenant called Anna.
We question if you have the correct letting agent or if you just a sad person with nothing better to do than try to start a sad ficticious slander campaign.

All our repairs are carried out quickly and by professional tradesmen.
Why on earth would we ever lie about any work that is needed ?
We have no record of any previous tenant contacting our office to accuse our office of lying about repairs that are required.

This tenant is quite simply the tenant from hell and will no doubt be doing the same thing at other properties.
We have let 1000`s of rented properties over the last 20 years and have rarely experienced a more problematic tenant than this one :-
The true facts are as follows :-
This particular property was at Garden Field in Wyke.
The property was newly refurbished by the landlord prior to this tenant moving in and had new decor, new carpets, new kitchen and a new bathroom.

None of our properties have been condemned – no legal action has ever been taken against us.
Any properties that we let out have a gas safety check and are in a good state of repair.
You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to work this out for yourself just by looking at photos of available properties on our website www.homelets.biz
Any required future repairs are carried out quickly and effectively by qualified tradesmen.
