HORRIFIC COMPANY - AVOID AVOID AVOID Jason in particular is rude, hateful and manipulative. I wouldn't wish him or this company on my worst enemy. Refuse to help a single mother in difficult circumstances. Increase rent every year guaranteed and if you try and ask for help they threaten you with 30 days notice. They admit they're rude and crude and think it's something to be proud of! Must be nice to look down on people and treat them like *. Absolute **. If you have a choice to live someone that isn't under this agency, do it! Don't put yourself through the trauma of dealing with this company or Jason, who says he is the ONLY person who works at this company, absolute joker.

We appreciate your feedback and take it seriously. Our priority is to ensure routine safety inspections are carried out however at the time access was blocked Monday – Friday 8am-5pm by yourself for any gas engineer to attend. We did offer a weekend appointment and explained this would come with a slight surcharge by the gas company. While we understand your frustrations, it's important to clarify that we do not issue a 30-day notice as a threat. However, in compliance with regulations and for safety reasons, I advised if a gas certificate could not be arranged I may need to consider a section 21 notice as the property would not be compliant. Fortunately I was able to arrange for the engineer to attend at 7.30am and complete the visit to coincide with your schedule.
