For you this review is untrue and libellous but not for me. Yes, I signed a two-year contract in November 2022 with the clear intention of staying in the property until the contract ends because I never run away from my commitments, but there are severe reasons why I decided to move out earlier than expected. I think you and your staff are not interested in listening, as all my concerns were ignored in the past. I moved to this property in June 2016. Till January 2024, I have paid nearly 60K in rent, renewed a series of contracts, always paid my rent on time, and passed all the inspections successfully conducted by Annabel Myers. If I am not wrong as a tenant, I have the right to rent a safe home and to be treated fairly in return for the rent I paid but unfortunately Landlady and you failed to assure me that while me and my family was living in 53 Penny Hill Drive. We as well as your landlord are disappointed that you have chosen to disregard the tenancy agreement you signed and vacate the property mid term and not face up to your responsibilities.
