Excellent first impression, phone calls returned as promised. It was a pleasure to meet Erin to view the property, I hope I didn’t talk her to death! Later, when I called in to the office to deliver completed paperwork it was lovely to find that she had remembered my name after only one meeting, no prompting required. Everyone in the office that day was very welcoming and helpful.

The fee structure seems to be in line with other agents in the area, however they deliver value for money because of the level of service provided. Additionally over a period of 10 years I have suffered very little void time which is always good news.
