To summarise events. We arrived at Phoenix Brewery apartments late on Sunday evening @ approx. 21.00hrs. So the general condition of the apartment was not fully realised until the following morning.
There is a long list of issues from Mold being caked around the shower head and shower. Sofa heavily stained and broken. Dining chairs also heavily stained. Walls throughout missing plaster and heavily marked. Internal doors broken. Carpet throughout heavily stained. As a result, we arranged for alternative accommodation.
We have since tried to arrange a reimbursement but only for the nights that we did not stay in the apartment. Phoenix Lettings have not responded to Booking.com, whom we booked this apartment through and Booking.com have since told us to communicate with Phoenix Lettings directly due to them not replying. Despite numerous emails etc trying to resolve this amicably with Phoenix Lettings. They have still not responded. My advice would be do not use this company as you have no recourse for the unclean and poor-quality accommodation they are providing.
