This company has looked after our flat letting since purchasing it in 2014. They are friendly and professional and the rent has always arrived on time. They have been good at dealing with the legal requirements like gas certificates etc and seem responsive to the tenant's issues when they arise.
Although not cheap, we would recommend them for lettings to investors or tenants alike.
