Refreshingly efficient & professional service from Beresfords Braintree.
Both Debby and Jack were a great team to deal with when we were trying to find new tenants for our 2 bedroom maisonette. We got an honest and fair appraisal on rental value, prompt responses to emails and phone calls, advice to ensure we - as landlords - had everything in order to let our property, and even advice on final stages of our renovation to ensure our property was more appealing. Tenants were thoroughly screened at every level and the administration process after tenants were found was also easy and straightforward. Very happy!
