We appointed GH Property Management Services eighteen months ago and to date we have been impressed with the excellent service we have received. Our Property Manager Tim Hazeldine is both efficient and competent. He promptly replies to residents enquiries and concerns and is both diligent and attentive. Tim readily attends on site addressing any problems which may require urgent attention. He has made himself known to all residents and visits not only to advise but also to check the quality of work carried out. We meet at regular intervals to ensure we are compliant with management regulations and its important that we have confidence and trust in the guidance and experience of our Property Manager.

Comment : Director of Norton Heights Board of Management.
I am sorry to say this resident is completely uninformed as to the workings of Norton Heights having lived there for two plus years. He has never contacted the Directors of Norton Heights or GH Property for any explanation on his concerns and has chosen to leave his comments at a time when he has a sold sign outside of his house. !!

Will I emailed/rang/ wrote for 18 months with an invoice query, but they never replied. So I refused to pay until they sorted out the invoice properly so they decided to take legal action for non-payment. They have done this twice, they never get anywhere as they are in the wrong and don't have a leg to stand on but this is the way they regularly behave. ...
