Park Row was recommended to me by a friend, who had dealt with this company on several occasions.
The selling fees were very reasonable and the staff friendly and very helpful. They were always available and happy to help me through the selling process.
Nick, especially, went above and beyond to help get me the right buyer and in also trying to help me acquire another property and Tracy was a constant, nearing the end, guiding me through to the end of the process. And what a ride it was Tracy, but we did it!!
In my own personal experience, Park Row were 100% 'spot on' and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
