I'm actually laughing at Karen's response to this, the problems seem to be a reoccurring issue ! Jobs do not get done, if they do... why did I have to report to the council after 3 years of waiting for a boiler to be fixed, 'fixflo' is a stop gap because no one can be a*** speaking to the tenants over the phone and when they do they're extremely rude and unprofessional (abit like your response to this review) , tried to keep hold of my deposit too for apparent rent arrears which there clearly isn't and for someone else's belongings at the end of the street after trying to play cluedo sending me pictures of my items which I still have, stated an item in my kitchen (dryer) was my washing machine at the end of the street 😂, telling me I had to get other people's items removed infront of their own property or I was getting charged for removal which resulted in a few angry people phoning the office haha. Not even professional on slum landlords, but they're that proud of it they've stuck it to their dog awful website as their claim to fame. The small handful of great reviews are obviously b******* and wouldn't surprise me if they worked there at the time. They don't even deserve 1 star if I'm honest. Only thing they're good at is taking the rent, Gemma is equally as shit, they're 2 peas in a pod. But I'm true to my word and I said I'd report them once I've got the rest of my deposit back and I think it's due tommorrow or atleast a response so sit tight :) took the p*** out of the wrong Tennant
