They were incredibly organised and attentive, making sure all necessary paperwork was in order and any concerns or questions I had were addressed promptly. It was evident right from the start that they truly cared about their tenants' satisfaction and comfort.
Throughout my time renting with Lettings R Us, any issues that arose were swiftly rectified, often within a matter of days. Their maintenance team was efficient and professional, ensuring that my living environment remained in top-notch condition at all times.
One thing that truly stood out to me was their commitment to accommodating my needs. When I expressed a preference for less frequent property checks, they were more than willing to accommodate my request, changing the inspections from every three months to every six months. This small gesture made a big difference, making my rental property feel more like a home where I could truly settle in and relax.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy.
