In 2019, William H Brown came begging to sell my property (11 Curlew Croft, Colchester, CO4 3FT) on a no sale no fee basis, and now in 2024 they have sent me an invoice asking for payment, and threatening law suit via ELMS Legal Services.
ELMS has informed me that they were instructed by William H Brown (which is part of Connells) and will contact your company again to check whether there is a fee due.

FYI, I entered the attached contract on a multiple agency no sale no fee basis (The issue regarding Mr Magoo was resolved in 2020, otherwise I would not have sold even via Leaders - you were copied in that correspondence in 2020).
Michael Clark from William H Brown sold 11 Curlew Croft to me, and he asked for the opportunity to sell William H Brown on a no sale no fee basis - Michael was the counter party acting for William H Brown.
I look forward for a resolution in this matter.

You’re very welcome – we will see what they respond to this but they are 100000 per cent not able to charge you a additional fee as they didn’t even show him round the property
