Overall disgraceful service. Chloe was exceptional to deal with over the years (5 stars to Chloe) - she'd be much better in a more professional letting office to reflect her excellent mannerisms when dealing with landlords. Tracey was a nightmare to deal with. Very bad manners, hanging up at least twice when I phoned to see why our 2 year license was cancelled even though it had 3 years left to run. They cancelled license instead of asking if I had transferred the property to another agent. I moved from Hunters as I lived in NI and had no contacts for carrying out work in Liverpool. This wasn't very professional for a letting service. They charge excessive fees on inventory, etc. The property was left in bad state of repair and they wouldn't request the deposit back as they didn't hold deposit pics. Rent wasn't always paid on time even though tenant had paid them. I can understand why some of the staff only receive 1 star...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Appoint honest people. the whole process felt uncomfortable from the start. But we were reassured that everything was above board. it took 2 different solicitors firms to point out that we were in a contract race even though denied by estate agent. hunters you need to train your staff properly
