Shockingly awful. AVOID RENTING WITH THEM. Trying to move out, and their lack of reaction to me and other agents for references has cost me 2 different homes. I'm on the verge of homelessness because of them. When it comes to giving them money they're right there, anything that costs them and they just have no reaction or response. Absolutely revolting.
