Bill provided a first class service from coming out to to provide me with a valuation to completion of the sale. Following the valuation Bill arranged for a photographer to take external and internal photos which made up the sales brochure. The brochure was very smart and listed the properties features comprehensively. Bill arrange viewings at really convenient times, mainly when we were out so that the viewings did not intrude on our lives.
Bill negotiated an excellent price for us and made the buyer's aware of exactly was and was not included in the sale price. Once the sale price had been agreed Bill kept us fully informed of the various stages of the sale through to completion. Our sale and purchase was not straightforward as there were some complication with our purchase. However, Bill kept everything together for us - reassuring our buyers who could have pulled out. Bill mixes professionalism with kindness and has totally empathy with his clients which is a rare skill these days. Bill also has a vast knowledge of the local area which is extremely helpful to people moving into the area. I would definately use him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
