Awful experience. I was interested in a letting property listed with them. They cancelled the viewing 2 hours before. We rescheduled the viewing and I called on the day to check on some details about the property only to hear that the property was no longer available and they hadn't bothered to tell me so I was going to waste my time attending the viewing. The agent did not apologise at all.

What agent could do to change your mind?
We were charged a ‚£120 fee ostensibly for making sure the flat was clean and maintained, but since it was not, I'm entirely unsure as to why.
