The service I received from R A Bennett has been truly shocking. All of the staff were told at the beginning of my illness and I advised I would need some additional support but all they did was create issues and omit key information that has now left me with a large bill I knew nothing about. Steer well Lear especially of the sales team as Rachel who runs the team seems to have no control over her staff and the basic of request are either ignored or not done properly. I am appalled with this service and I will be launching an appeal with the ombudsman
