Very poor service throughout. We have rented a property through Fussells/Aktons for 7 years and had multiple inspections without issue. When we decided to terminate our tenancy due to a £275 pcm increase and no investment in the property during that time the tone changed.
We were hit with numerous insignificant and incorrect points in an attempt to retain our bond for the landlord, despite agreeing that normal wear and tear over 7 years was expected.
It was disappointing and obvious to see that they only had the landlords interests in mind in order to keep the property on their books.
