I can recommend the initial services provided by Martin & Co, especially Kelly Kennedy. So far she has been very helpful and answered my questions right away or searched for answers and got back to me promptly. She was at the viewing location ahead of time and was very friendly and easy to chat to. So far I have only got as far as organising and attending viewings and making an offer, hopefully the ongoing agency services will also be as positive and pleasant as these first steps.
