A big thanks to Charlie at Cowdel Clarke for finding suitable tenants, vetting them and then managing a seamless transition into not one but two of our two investment properties.
When a property becomes vacant it can be a stressful time, refurbishing them to get them ready for the new arrivals but with Charlie's help a lot of the pressure was taken away from us.
Do not hesitate to call upon his services, it really is hands on! Pete & Deb
