I had no idea where to start when it came to selling our first home. Steve came round to do our valuation, he gave us lots of honest advice (he reminds me of Martin Lewis - very knowledgeable, full of tips and a lovely chap!)

Our house was put on the market and within the first week we had 18 viewings and 7 offers! The team worked their socks off with the bookings, they kept us in the loop throughout and took note of our work schedules (pinging a quick WhatsApp message for convenience).

I mainly dealt with Josh from the Willerby Branch and he deserves so much recognition! His customer service is outstanding. He broke everything down for me, he translated all of the confusing lingo and he ensured I understood everything properly. Josh answered my every call, he gave me regular updates and he was there for me throughout the whole process. I couldn’t ask for anything more from a Property Specialist - thanks again Josh!

Beercocks have been outstanding from day one. Thank you for guiding us through the reluctant sale of our first house and for also finding us our beautiful forever home! 🏡
