Overall we were very pleased with Hannells, particularly Debbie. Very attentive to our needs, persistent when we needed tasks being pursued, and made sure to keep in contact with us. We were also very pleased with the photos of our old house (they were excellent), and the team was very well connected so no matter who we spoke to they knew the status of our house sale process.
The only negatives were:
1. We had to do more viewings ourselves than we'd intended due to availability (only a minor point)
2. We had very bad service from the solicitor they recommended (Flint Bishop), and feel Hannell's are potentially damaging their otherwise excellent reputation by recommending them.
We will definitely be considering Hannells next time we go to sell our house (noting point 2).
