In a business not famed for customer service or satisfaction, Angelique Ferra is a rare example of someone who is both conscientious at her job and a pleasure to deal with. It would be fair to say we have had some ups and downs with this agency, but they have a real asset in Ms Ferra. Through some fairly thorny negotiations and high tempers, she was consistent, always available, thorough and professional. In our particular case she went the extra mile to ensure that we secured a good tenant for our property in a difficult climate. I would go so far as to say if you are considering engaging this agency, it would be in your best interest to ask for her to deal with your property. She worked hard to secure the result we wanted under terms that were acceptable, if not agreeable to all.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
