Never, under any circumstances, rent through Marsh & Parsons. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with.

Firstly, they have a shocking habit of losing critical documents. Whether it's your application papers or important lease agreements, they seem to vanish into thin air under their careless watch.

And if by some miracle they manage to retain your documents, be prepared to sign the same ones repeatedly. It's as if their staff thrive on asking for signatures ad nauseam without rhyme or reason.

Speaking of staff, there's such a high turnover that you'll likely interact with a different agent every time you contact them. This leads to a lack of continuity and a complete absence of clear handover procedures for new staff members, leaving you to constantly re-explain your situation with each communication.

Oh, and let's not forget about their uncanny ability to lose personal documents. Your sensitive information is treated with the same carelessness as junk mail, leaving you vulnerable to potential identity theft and privacy breaches.

As if their incompetence wasn't enough, they have the audacity to slap you with an unreasonable rent increase of 25%. It's highway robbery disguised as property management.

And when you try to hold them accountable for their mistakes, good luck. They take absolutely no responsibility whatsoever. They'll dodge, deflect, and deny any wrongdoing, leaving you stuck in a mess of their making.

To add insult to injury, when you request lease documents for your own records, they suddenly become incapable of providing them. It's as if they operate in a parallel universe where basic administrative tasks are beyond their comprehension.

In summary, Marsh & Parsons is the epitome of everything wrong with the real estate industry. Save yourself the headache, heartache, and financial strain. Stay far, far away from Marsh & Parsons if you value your sanity and financial well-being.
