Booked a hopewell property to stay with friends. Two apartments Prince Street Studios
We had the worst experience ever
The place was filthy
Broken toilet.. Shower.. Lifts
It smelt so bad.
And to top it off the key pad didn't work and we were locked out
Hopewell did nothing to help
They refused to refund us
They took extra deposits in case we checked out late... This company is a joke.. Scammers...
