If you are a tenant looking for rented property in Leicester, DO NOT USE WILLIAM H BROWN IN LEICESTER!!!!!! I have left countless messages and emails (26 to be exact) for the lettings manager, with no reply, no advice on checking out, handing keys in etc, I had to physically walk into the building and ask them if they wanted the property back!! They will also withhold your deposit and 'make up' conversations they have had with landlords and give wrong advice about handing notice in. Please do not use them, I have been a tenant on and off for years and have never dealt with such an unprofessional, shoddy agent in my life!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
