From the first telephone contact, to our valuation visit, through all the interactions we had with the whole team to get to completion, we were more than satisfied with the service. They get to know you and think outside the box, ensuring that not only your sale progresses but also that your purchase is running as smoothly as possible. Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
