Awful experience from start to finish. Communication from the office was poor, being told we would receive email updates and never did. We had to keep chasing to find out what was happening.
Our viewing got moved on the day of to a later date, 9 days later.
Struggled to get a straight answer when we called.

When we arrived, we were viewing a completely different flat to what pictures were advertised!!!!!!!

We asked the agent and he was fully aware of this, but didn’t apologise or explain.

Nobody bothered to tell us or update us before we travelled to view the properly.

Hi Thomas, My friend and I have also had the same experience with Martin & Co and in particular the same member of staff, Prakash Parmar.
