We sold our old house and bought our new house with Starkey & Brown, in 2023. ALL the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and not pushy like we found with other estate agents in our area, they were great at explaining processes with us, ad keeping us up to date with our whole chain! We personally dealt with Sophie & Angie, who is a great credit to the branch, extremely professional and a pleasure to work with, couldn't fault her! :)

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
