We followed up a listing by Belvoir a few months back and were met at the property by Ben Coss who obviously had the full confidence of the seller. He guided us knowledgeably around the house and introduced the area, since we are new to St Albans. When we decided to make an offer he handled the communication diligently and helped us close a deal. Following our offer being accepted Belvoir were helpful to introduce us to solicitors, surveyors, movers etc. It was smooth process and Ben was available whenever needed.
